Hello everyone!
We are excited to share that in January 2023 we are bringing to Chile the first version of MIT–Chile Human-Centered AI & Visualization Research Workshop!
MIT–Chile Human-Centered AI & Visualization Research Workshop is a collaborative initiative by MIT, PUC, CENIA, iHealth, and IMFD to bring together research-focused lectures and talks for the scientific community in Chile.
We present the convergence of two Human-Centered spheres, Machine Learning (ML) and Visualization (Viz).
During four days (January 10th-13th), we'll offer two tracks:
Open talks: Open to the public. Designed for invited speakers to share with the community state-of-the-art research advances in Human-Centered AI & Visualization.
Hands-on Lectures track: Application required. Open to our student cohort. Designed to expose our students to state-of-the-art research advances in Human-Centered AI & Visualization. Through the course of a week, students will have the opportunity to interact with lecturers, speakers, and fellow attendees, to imagine and demonstrate their skills acquired in our multi-disciplinary sessions.
There is no registration cost associated with any of our tracks.
At this point, we are opening the call to apply to our student cohort and to share this invitation with your network!

realizarse en el campus San Joaquín de la PUC Chile (Santiago de Chile).
El evento (10-13 de enero 2023) incluye charlas gratuitas y también una
escuela de verano, sin costo de inscripción, para estudiantes de
postgrado. Las clases de la escuela se dictarán en inglés y por esa
razón el llamado a continuación está en ese idioma.
