Buenas, la pista me da a entender que debo mostar la terminación LOCAL no global de los distritos no? digo por "their execution of the protocol is terminated". No veo posible que los distritos sepan de la terminación global, para eso necesitarían de la notificación

La pista a mi tambien me genero dudas, un distrito que solo participa de el protocolo para forwardear mensajes de broadcast (por ejemplo cuando se unen dos ciudades y hay que avisar el nuevo downtown y level) y esta seguro que solo va a participar de eso entraria en la categoria de "their execution of the protocol is terminated" ??
