Hola,

La profesora visitante Trang Thai (Georgia Institute of Technology) dar

Abstract:
Sensing has been a critical factor in many aspects of industry, academic
activities, and household daily life. The recent developments of mobile
electronics relied heavily on low cost, miniaturized, and highly sensitive
sensors. The wireless sensors especially have brought
human-computer-interaction to a new paradigm with ubiquitous electronics.
This talk will discuss the development, the operation, and the applications
of wireless sensors including the state-of-the-art ubiquitous RFID tags.
These sensors operate based on electromagnetic radiation and interference
to enable new capabilities that were not possible before with conventional
sensors (including optical ones).
15 horas.
